We are dedicated to empowering and guiding expectant mothers through this sacred process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Labor Doula Support
Pregnancy
After signing a contract with me you will have 24/7 access to me to ask any questions and seek support. We will have a 2 hour pre birth meeting to also discuss your birth plan and wishes
Birth
Once active labor begins I will be at your side to provide emotional and physical support until baby arrives
Postpartum
After the baby is born, I will visit your home with in 4 days and provide weekly checkin calls/texts to see how you are doing for 6 weeks
Birth Plan Consultation
I understand having a doula is not within everyone’s budget which is why I also offer birth plan coaching services. This gives you the opportunity to have a two hour zoom call with me to discuss your birth wishes, what you can expect, and feel empowered going into your birth.
